What You’ll Do:
You’ll lead the sales charge for a portfolio of hotels, managing multiple brands and markets. One minute you’re prospecting new business, the next you’re shifting share from the comp set, negotiating a deal, or jumping on a revenue call. You’ll be the go-to person for all things sales strategy without ever needing to leave your driveway (except for a few fun market visits now and then).
This is for someone who doesn’t wait for business to fall into their lap. You go out and find it.
What your day might include:
- Prospecting like a boss
- Building & maintaining strong client relationships
- Shifting share (nicely) from the comp set
- Negotiating and booking group & LNR business
- Collaborating with GMs and on-site teams
- Sending out sales reports
- Attending brand and internal revenue calls
- Traveling here and there for market visits
- Wearing your favorite hoodie to work
Must Haves:
- 3+ years of hotel sales experience (multi-property experience = extra points)
- Deep knowledge of ADR, Occupancy, RevPAR, and STR reports
- Experience with Hilton, IHG, Marriott, Wyndham, or Choice preferred
- CRM know-how (and the ability to actually use it)
- Strong communication chops
- A legit home office setup
- Self-starter mentality, organized, focused, and ready to roll
- Reliable internet and all the things that make remote work click
- Willing to travel occasionally
What You'll Get:
- A base salary of $60,000–$70,000
