By offering what we refer to as a “hybrid” service, we provide a more personal and customized approach. We visit the markets we partner with. We network in the markets we sell for. We visit job sites, and we get our shoes dirty. We blitz, we comp shop by doing late night parking lot drives, and we work with teams face-to-face. We engage with guests on our property visits. Our partners know who we are, shake our hands, and have an opportunity to work with us in-person.
